FAQ
What's the difference between per trip and per year?
A trip plan covers one trip from planning to coming home. An annual plan covers every trip you take for 12 months.
Do paid plans have ads?
No. Ads only appear on Free.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Trips you've already paid for keep their plan.
What happens when my annual plan ends?
Your saved trips stay safe and viewable. You just can't add new paid features until you renew.
How do I cancel?
When paid plans launch, annual plans will renew automatically until you cancel. You'll be able to cancel anytime in the App Store or Google Play.
What counts as a trip?
A trip plan covers one trip. It's used once your packing list is generated. After that you can edit or reschedule the same trip anytime: change the dates, travelers, activities and items, or add stops in the same country. Changing the main destination, or adding a stop in another country, is a new trip and needs a new trip plan. Trip plans can't be reused or moved to a different trip.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are billed by Google Play or the App Store, so refund requests go through them and are decided under their policies. A trip plan is delivered when your packing list is generated. Google Play refunds ยท App Store refunds. If something isn't working, email us at [email protected] and we'll help. This doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law.
Is there a free version?
Yes. Solo trips of 2 nights or less, like a Friday-to-Sunday weekend, are free (with ads), so you can try Packworthy on a quick getaway before paying anything. Longer trips or more travelers need a paid plan.
